A digital agency needs a deeper understanding of the sectors they serve – to assist with their new business efforts etc.
What I did
- Over a number of years, I’ve been commissioned to benchmark the digital communications of various sectors – Law, Accountancy, Healthcare etc. I’ve developed an evolving criteria for website, content, social media and SEO benchmarking. I then write up the findings into in-depth reports that have been published.
The benchmarking reports have been called “the most effective new business tool ever” – have attracted new business opportunities, and have been covered by the trade press.
